What It Is

A Race, Not A Workout

REV DASH is a hybrid fitness race. Run, lift, push, pull, carry, finish. Fifteen stations, back to back, one clock.

Everyone races the same course — same stations, same distances, same reps. That's what makes your time mean something next to anyone else's, or your own from last time.

A coach is with you on the whole course — counting your reps, keeping your time, and moving when you move. Weights are set by category — one standard for the women's course, one for the men's. You're lifting exactly what everyone you're ranked against is lifting. Cross the line and you get a time, an age-group rank, and a patch.

Tier 01 of the REV Race Series. Race it once, or race the whole season and watch your time come down. Tier 02 is REV GAMES in May — five blocks, divisions, a podium. The Dash is where you get ready for it.

Who Races

Everyone. That's The Design.

Every fitness level is welcome. First-timers, weekend lifters, runners, and seasoned competitors all race the same course. Weights are set by category — one standard for the women's course, one for the men's. You're lifting exactly what everyone you're ranked against is lifting. Coaches walk you through every station, and the only thing that matters is that you keep moving.

Never Raced

You have never raced anything and you are not sure you belong on a start line. Weights are set by category — one standard for the women's course, one for the men's — so you're lifting exactly what everyone you're ranked against is lifting. A coach walks you through the movement before your wave goes, and the only requirement is that you keep moving. Most first-timers finish faster than they expected to — and immediately want the number back.

LOOKING FOR MORE

You have been training consistently and you want to know whether it is actually working. Fifteen stations is a brutally honest audit: strength, engine, grip, and the willingness to keep going when the last 400 shows up. You leave with a sense of accomplishment.

Chasing A Time

You're here for a fast time. There's no easy station to coast through — the sled, the machines, and the carries all take something out of you, and by the last two stations you're running on whatever you have left. Give it everything, then come back another day and beat your own time.

If it gets you off the couch, go do it. This is us handing you the start line.

The Benchmark

A Number You Can Actually Use

Every racer gets a time, an age-group rank, and a place on the board. Results are posted the same day.

One Clock

Your clock starts at Station 01 and stops on your last burpee box over. One time, start to finish.

Age Category Rank

Ranked against men or women in your own age group, not the whole field.

Overall Board

Full race results posted the same day, top to bottom. Everyone who finished is on it.

Repeatable

The course is fixed across editions. Race it in the fall, race it again, and the difference between the two times is your training, not the layout.
